The 1889 catalogue describes this tool as follows:
“OA109 Brass Recapper and Expeller, Nickel-plated, with case hardened lever.
This is the Horsley patent tool from Dixon. The sizes of the bottom plate differ a bit but even the decoration of the bottom plate is the same as that of Dixon.
The gauge is not printed on this or vanished. The pillars are 19mm in diameter so it must be gauge 10
