Vertical loading machine, and horizontal closer, with improved C.F. ( Central Fire?) lever. “improved” means that the no. 5 lever has a little sharp edge to hold the shell better. That is for the 3164. This 3164-1 has the normal lever no 5. So what is an “improved C.F. lever?
