There is not much of the original green paint left. Most of these tools were/are bright polished.
The combination between the top of the table clamp ( duck foot shaped with 2 or more sharp steel pins), the top of the screw (round with 4 flat pins) and the press lever (lever no 6 with flexible shell holder) is very typical for Webley tools.
