This a remarkable tool. It is a modified reinforced tool. Absolutely not a common Dixon tool.
The modifications are made with craftsmanship. To start with: the body is not regular. The top of the table screw is much wider than usual. The turning handle is also not usual but professional. The press handle is a modified common one but so well made that it looks as if it has been done in the factory.
Maybe it is a prototype of some kind.
